Position: Sales Trainee

Compensation

  • Earn $125,000–$350,000+ per year
  • Top performers earn $450,000+
  • Uncapped commissions and bonuses

Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners and identify potential roof damage.
  • Perform basic roof inspections (full training provided).
  • Explain roofing and insurance claim options.
  • Help homeowners get their storm damaged roof replaced by insurance

Requirements

  • Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and going up a ladder to preform a roof inspection.
  • Reliable transportation

No roofing experience is required. We provide all the training you need!
