Position: Home Improvement Sales Representative

We are looking for driven, energetic, and money-motivated sales professionals who want to build a high-income career in roofing sales.

Qualifications:

  • Prior sales experience preferred
  • Comfortable working outdoors and canvassing residential neighborhoods
  • Willing and able to climb ladders and assist with roof inspections

Responsibilities:

  • Canvass neighborhoods affected by storms and identify potential roof damage
  • Conduct basic roof inspections
  • Educate homeowners on insurance restoration options and assist with required paperwork

Compensation:

  • Earn between $150,000–$350,000 annually
  • Top performers can earn $450,000–$900,000+ per year
  • Full training provided
