Roofing Sales Trainee

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Outreach: Canvass local neighborhoods to find homes with aged or storm-damaged roofing.
  • Inspect: Perform simple, visual roof assessments to document damage.
  • Educate: Walk homeowners through their options and help them navigate insurance claims.
  • Close: Secure contracts and process the final paperwork.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):

  • Background: Sales experience is great (roofing sales is a major plus!).
  • Hospitality Pros Welcome: Bartenders, servers, or waiters do fantastic here due to their elite people skills.
  • Comfort Level: Comfortable working outdoors and speaking directly with homeowners.
  • Physical: Able and willing to climb a ladder for standard roof inspections.
  • Vehicle: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (car/truck).
