Roofing Sales Trainee No Experience We Train

Company: Fast Growing Roofing Company specializing in storm damaged roofing issues.

Position: Roofing Sales Trainee

We are looking for motivated individuals ready to build a strong career in roofing sales. No roofing sales required! If you’re coachable, energetic, and comfortable working outdoors, then this role is for you!

Responsibilities

  • Canvass assigned neighborhoods to identify storm-damaged roofs
  • Perform basic roof inspections (training provided)
  • Educate homeowners on insurance-covered replacements
  • Process paperwork and close sales

Requirements

  • Previous sales or canvassing experience (roofing sales is preferred but not required)
  • Comfortable working outdoors and visiting homeowners
  • Willing and capable to perform roof inspections.
  • Reliable transportation (car/truck)

Compensation

  • $150K-$450K+ earning potential
  • Full training provided
