Role: Sales Representative

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our growing roofing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in the field, enjoy meeting homeowners, and are motivated by strong earning potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Canvass neighborhoods to find homes with roof damage.
  • Perform basic roof inspections. | TRAINING PROVIDED |
  • Talk with homeowners about roofing solutions and insurance claims.
  • Sell roofing solutions and complete paper works.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing or commission-based role (roofing sales experience is a plus!)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
  • Reliable transportation (car or truck)

Compensation & Benefits:
