Outside Sales Representative

We are looking for highly motivated, competitive, and proven industry professionals to join us as Outside Sales Representatives. A background in roofing sales is required—we provide the backend production support to let you focus entirely on what you do best: closing deals.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Connect with Homeowners: Canvass local neighborhoods and leverage existing networks to identify homes with aged or storm-damaged roofing.
  • Conduct Property Assessments: Perform visual roof inspections to evaluate, document, and photograph property damage.
  • Educate & Guide: Walk homeowners through their roofing options, explain restoration solutions, and expertly navigate the insurance claims process with them.
  • Close Deals: Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to contract signing and final paperwork submission.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):

  • Industry Experience: Must have a proven background in roofing sales. You know how to spot damage.
  • The Right Attitude: Competitive, self-motivated, and resilient.
  • Reliability & Equipment: Must have a reliable personal car or truck suitable for traveling to appointments and carrying a ladder. Valid driver’s license is required.
  • Physical Capability: Comfortable working outdoors and fully capable of climbing a ladder to perform standard roof inspections.
