A fast growing roofing company is hiring a Marketing Associate in Falls Church, VA. This role is for someone who wants to start a career in roofing sales, work outdoors, speak with homeowners, and learn how to identify storm damaged roofing. No roofing experience is needed. Hands on training is provided.

What This Role Actually Is

This is a field based marketing and sales role for a roofing company that specializes in storm damaged roofing issues. You will canvass neighborhoods, speak with homeowners, identify homes that may have storm damaged roofing, and learn how to guide homeowners through roofing solutions and insurance restoration.

What You’ll Do

• Canvass storm damaged neighborhoods and speak with homeowners
• Identify homes with possible storm damaged roofing
• Perform roof inspections after training is provided
• Educate homeowners about roofing solutions and insurance restoration
• Complete the necessary paperwork accurately
• Stay consistent in the field and follow the company process
• Represent the company with professionalism and strong communication

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors and canvassing neighborhoods
• Comfortable climbing a ladder and performing inspections after training
• Strong people skills and confidence speaking with homeowners
• Motivated, coachable, and willing to learn
• Strong work ethic and interest in a high earning sales career
