Field Sales Associate (High Earning up to $250K)

About the Role: Are you an outgoing, motivated individual looking to transition out of the service or hospitality industry? Our roofing sales team is expanding, and we are looking for competitive individuals to join us. No prior roofing experience is required—we offer comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct local neighborhood outreach to meet homeowners.
  • Perform outdoor roof inspections for storm or age-related damage.
  • Present roofing solutions and assist customers through the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders.
  • Valid driver’s license and a reliable car/truck.
  • Strong self-motivation and desire to succeed.
