Entry-Level Sales Representative

Full Job Description We are expanding our local sales team and seeking driven individuals who love working with people and hitting goals. If you have a great attitude and a strong work ethic, we will teach you the rest. No roofing experience is required.

What You'll Do as a Sales Person:

  • Field Outreach: Meet with homeowners in local communities to generate opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Establish trust and build strong rapport with customers.
  • Evaluations: Conduct basic, straightforward property evaluations.
  • Consultative Selling: Educate homeowners on the best solutions for their needs.
  • Close Deals: Manage your pipeline from lead generation to contract signing.

Qualifications (Required):

  • Valid Driver's License (Required)
  • Reliable Transportation (Required)
  • Ability to work comfortably outdoors and in the field
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
