A roofing sales team is hiring a Customer Engagement Specialist in Brentwood, PA. About the Opportunity

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will conduct local neighborhood outreach, meet homeowners, perform outdoor roof inspections for storm or age related damage, present roofing solutions, and assist customers through the sales process.

This is a field based customer engagement and sales role for someone who is confident speaking with people, comfortable working outdoors, and motivated to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct local neighborhood outreach to meet homeowners
• Speak with homeowners and build trust through clear communication
• Perform outdoor roof inspections for storm or age related damage
• Present roofing solutions to customers
• Assist customers through the sales process
• Represent the company with professionalism and a strong work ethic
• Stay self motivated and consistent in the field
