Position: Construction Sales Trainee

We are hiring motivated sales reps ready to step into a rewarding home improvement career! No roofing sales experience required

Responsibilities:

-Canvass neighborhoods to find homes with roof damage

-Perform basic roof inspections (training provided)

-Talk with homeowners about roofing solutions and insurance claims

-Set appointments and help close sales

Requirements:

-Previous sales experience, canvassing or hospitality experience (server, bartender or waiters are welcome!)

-Comfortable working outdoors and talking to people

-Willing to learn and stay motivated

-Able to climb a ladder for inspections

-Reliable transportation (car or truck)

Compensation:

-$150,000 – $350,000+ per year

-Top performers can earn $450,000+

-Commission-based with high earning potential
